According to the officials, the Huawei P30 Lite smartphone is not eligible for EMUI 10.1 update. The smartphone received its last update based on EMUI 10 which brings a bunch of new features.
If you own this devices then this will be bad news for you. The phone will get security updates in a regular manner.

How to update your P30 Lite to a regular security patch?
Via Settings: Settings -> System & updates -> Software update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES-> Download and install.
Via Support: Support (HiCare) app -> Services Tab -> Update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES ->Download and install.
