EMUI 9.1.0.296 security patch shows 3.25Gb size

One user reported that the EMUI 9.1.0.296 update includes only a security patch of his smartphone but the size is 3.25Gb, He says other devices showing just 125MB update size with the same EMUI 9.1.0.296 version.
