Huawei has started rolling out the new public beta version of its HarmonyOS 2.0 gallery. The latest HarmonyOS 2.0 Gallery App getting the app version 11.0.16.380 and the size is 91.5MB. Huawei’s gallery functions include automatic intelligent classification, easy management of photos and videos; intelligent identification and push of the wonderful moments in your life; enabling cloud synchronization service, automatic synchronization of photos and videos, synchronized viewing on other Huawei devices, and so on.
The gallery version of Harmony 2.0 adds several new highlights. To use the latest video features all you need to update Huawei Video App with the latest version 8.8.80.361 (Click here to download the latest Huawei Video App).
The following are new features:
1. Browse the big picture with two fingers. Rotation only changes the display state of the big picture without changing the status of the file. Exit the big picture browsing of the picture, and the picture will return to the original angle display.
PS: Video big picture and GIF pictures are not currently supported.
2. Album hiding supports upgrading to single-sheet hiding. Supports the hidden operation of single photos and videos, and all hidden files can be browsed in the hidden album. Third-party applications cannot access hidden album data. On the gallery album page, the icon in the upper right corner enters the hidden album, continue to click the icon in the upper right corner, and click the new hidden album to upgrade.
3. The gallery video preview interface supports frame-by-frame browsing and provides a sliding axis that can be dragged left and right to browse the video content.
4. The gallery has added immersive interaction with Huawei Video, optimized the experience of jumping to Huawei Video when playing videos in the gallery, and the video playback interface supports swiping left and right to browse pictures/videos.
