How to enable dark mode in Gmail app for Android

How to enable dark mode in Gmail app for Android: Make sure your Gmail app updated with latest version to get dark mode in android or iOS devices. You can turn dark mode on or off on Gmail on android using below given steps.

Step 1: Open Gmail app in your android phone.

Step 2: Tap Three horizontal lines at upper left corner.

Step 3: Scroll down and tap on Settings.

Step 4: Tap General settings.

Step 5: Tap Theme.

Step 6: Choose Dark.

Enable Dark mode in Gmail for Android 10

You can set dark or light theme in Gmail app using your android 10 dark theme options. Make sure Gmail app theme set as system default to use these android 10 settings.

Open Gmail app > Three horizontal lines > Settings > Theme > System default

Now apply below settings to set dark mode on Gmail app in android 10 running devices.

Step 1: Open app drawer and tap Settings app.

Step 2: Tap Display.

Step 3: Turn on Dark theme toggle.
