At the 2020 National Science and Technology Awards Conference the list of award winners have announced, Shenzhen enterprises have won 12 awards. Among them, Huawei has won the National Science and Technology Award for 14 consecutive years, and 3 projects have won awards this year.
In the selection of the 2020 National Technology Invention Award (General Project), the project “Key Technologies for Ultra HD Video Polymorphic Primitive Codec” participated by Wang Ronggang of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School and Zhou Jiantong of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. won the only first prize.
In the 2020 National Science and Technology Awards list, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., China National Offshore Oil (China) Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen Mindray Biomedical Electronics Co., Ltd., and other participating “Internet of Things System Data Security Key Technologies and Applications ” project won the second prize of the 2020 National Technological Invention Award (General Project).
In addition, the “Technology Innovation and Industrialization of Ultra-large Capacity Intelligent Backbone Routers” project that Huawei participated in won the second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award (General Project) selection.
