According to the Huaweicentral, the mate 10 series now receiving EMUI 10.0 Beta in Europe. The EMUI 10.0 brings new features and changes in user interface including the new dark mode, magazine-style UI layout, Morandi UI color system, and more.
The Huawei Mate 10 requires to be updated on EMUI version 9.1.0.301 and Mate 10 Pro on 9.1.0.306. Users can check their build version by going into Settings > System.
