Huawei Mate 20 X receiving the October 2019 security patch with EMUI version 9.1.0.347. However, we’ve yet to confirm the October patch for Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro.
The October 2019 security update applies fixes to 3 serious and 9 high levels of vulnerabilities on Huawei/Honor smartphones.
If you want to check for the update manually you can do this by following the instruction below:
Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. If an update is available, it’ll ask if you want to download it.
Or Go to HiCare app > tap on Update > Check for Updates.
