Huawei Mate Xs grabbing January 2022 security patch update

Huawei has released the month-old security patch update for many devices including phones and tablets. Now, the January 2022 security patch update is now available for the Mate Xs users in mainland China. This firmware update comes with version number HarmonyOS 2.0.0.222.

[Security] Incorporate the January 2022 security patch to enhance the security of the mobile phone system.

The January 2022 security patch includes 2 Critical, and 18 High levels of CVE’s. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system tracks publicly known security vulnerabilities and exposures in publicly released software packages.
