Huawei P40 Lite 5G July 2022 security update in Romania

Huawei is preparing for a launch of its new Mate 50 Series, ahead of the new flagship phones, the company rolling out the security patch update for its select devices.

Now, the Romania users of Huawei P40 Lite 5G start receiving the July 2022 security patch. The latest software update for the Huawei P40 Lite is rolling out with the firmware version 12.0.0.290 and the update size is 236MB.

You can download this new security patch update as usual either via WiFi or mobile data. As always, make sure you have a stable connection and sufficient data volume when you are on the move. The security patch only contains the changes mentioned in the changelog; there are no other new functions.
