Magic UI 3.0 v10.0.0.196/197: Honor 20, 20 Pro, Honor V20, Honor Magic 2 getting May 2020 security update

Honor has started rolling out the May 2020 security patch update with Magic UI 3.0 version 10.0.0.196/197 for the Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro, Honor V20, and the Honor Magic 2 smartphone users. This update incorporates the Android security patch to enhance the security of the smartphone. Check the changelog below.

Note: User’s who upgraded to the Magic UI 3.1. The 10.0.0.196/197 version will support the upgrade of Magic UI 3.1, please be patient and wait for the new version of Magic UI 3.1 to be updated.

How to download the latest update?

Download from your system settings option: Tap on Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates and Download it!

Download from Support App: Go to Support app > Services ->Update > Check for updates.
