Second batch of EMUI 11 beta update now live for the Honor 30 series and Huawei Nova series

According to the officials, Huawei has released the second batch of EMUI 11/Magic UI 4.0 beta update supported smartphones including Honor 30 Series, Honor V30 Series, Huawei Nova 7 Series and Huawei Nova 6 Series.

In the beta timeline, the company recruiting each model will 2,000 people, 500 users with the log version, and 1500 users without the log version.

Please note that users who apply for the test must ensure that their mobile phone is not ROOT and that the mobile phone must have more than 6G of internal storage space available. In addition, users also need to upgrade their mobile phone system version to the baseline version. EMUI 11 is still based on the Android 10 version, but it is expected to be upgraded to Hongmeng OS 2.0 in the future.

EMUI 11 & Magic UI 4.0 Second Batch models are as follows:

  • Honor 30 – Required Magic UI version 3.1.1.186 (Upgraded to Magic UI 4.0)
  • Honor 30 Pro – Required Magic UI version 3.1.0.186 (Upgraded to Magic UI 4.0)
  • Honor 30 Pro(+) – Required Magic UI version 3.1.0.186 (Upgraded to Magic UI 4.0)
  • Honor V30 – Required Magic UI version 3.1.0.219 (Upgraded to Magic UI 4.0)
  • Honor V30 Pro – Required Magic UI version 3.1.0.219 (Upgraded to Magic UI 4.0)
  • Huawei Nova 7 5G – Required EMUI version 10.1.1.195 (Upgraded to EMUI 11)
  • Huawei Nova 7 Pro 5G – Required EMUI version 10.1.1.195 (Upgraded to EMUI 11)
  • Huawei Nova 6 4G – Required EMUI version 10.1.0.216 (Upgraded to EMUI 11)
  • Huawei Nova 6 5G – Required EMUI version 10.1.0.216 (Upgraded to EMUI 11),
