The company has announced EMUI 10 closed beta program for the Huawei Mate 20 X 5G. Note that this update is based on Android 10, so closed beta users will be the first to get the taste of the new Android version.
If you are using the Mate 20 X 5G as your daily driver, we would advise against installing a close beta EMUI 10. The closed beta build will have a lot of bugs that could hinder some of the smartphone’s essential features. Also, Huawei notes that some apps may still not be optimized for Android 10.
