EMUI 10.1.0.88 beta version rolling out to the Huawei Nova 5, 5z and 5i Pro users

EMUI 10.1

Huawei has started rolling out the new EMUI 10.1 beta update to the Huawei Nova 5, Nova 5z, and Nova 5i Pro smartphone users. This update comes with a version number EMUI 10.1.0.88 (Size – 474MB). Check the changelog below.

Note: Users who have signed up for the internal test have priority to experience the new version.

Go to Settings > Accessibility features > Shortcuts & gestures to enable Take a screenshot, Record screen, and Split screen.

Take a screenshot:

Knock twice on the screen with a knuckle to take a screenshot.

Capture part of the screen:

Knock and draw an enclosed area with a knuckle to capture part of the screen.

Record screen:

Knock twice on the screen with two knuckles to start or end a screen recording.

Split screen:

Firmly draw a line across the screen with a knuckle to enter the split-screen mode.
