[Europe] Huawei Mate 20 Lite latest EMUI 10.0.0.212 update adds Smart Charge, Assistant and fixes known issue

Huawei has started pushing out a new firmware update for the Mate 20 Lite smartphone users in Europe. The latest update brings Battery smart charge mode, Huawei Assistant, Changes in-camera setting, fixes call issues and May 2020 security patch.

Huawei Mate 20 Lite Europe update rolling out with version number EMUI 10.0.0.212. As usual, the update is available via OTA (Over The Air) and comes with 3.91GB of download size.

Adds Smart Charge mode to slow battery aging, which uses artificial intelligence to learn your charging habits and prevent ongoing charging when the battery is fully charged. (This function is activated by default.)

[Security]
Integrated Android security patches released in May 2020 for improved system security.

How to download Huawei Mate 20 Lite latest update?

Download EMUI 10.0.0.212 update from your system settings option, Just tap on Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. Download.

If you still dint received updates, users are advised to check for the update manually. This can be done via the Support app.
