February 2021 security patch rolling out to Honor Play 4T Pro

Honor Play 4T Pro (AQM-AL10) smartphone users on March 03, 2021, received the January 2021 security patch update with software version 3.1.0.111 in China. Now just after one week, the company has started rolling out February 2021 security patch update for Play 4T Pro users.

The latest firmware update for Honor Play 4T Pro rolling out with version 3.1.0.112 and it only includes the February 2021 security patch. This security patch update includes 2 Critical, 26 High levels, and 77 Medium levels of CVE’s. The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system tracks publicly known security vulnerabilities and exposures in publicly released software packages.

How to update Honor Play 4T Pro?

First check, if you haven’t received a notification yet, check for the OTA update in Settings manually, just tap on the Setting option in your smartphone, Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates > Download and install.

You can also update using the Support app. Open the app, go to Support app> Services>Update> Check for Updates> Download & Install.
