On January 14, 2020, at the opening of the Third Session of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress of Guangdong Province, the Governor of Guangdong Province Ma Xingrui revealed that the GDP of Guangdong Province is exceeded 10.5 trillion yuan in 2019, a year-on-year increase of about 6.3. This is the first time that Guangdong ’s GDP has exceeded the 10 trillion yuan milestone.
