HarmonyOS 2 users now exceed 300 million
On July 27, 2022, Huawei launched HarmonyOS 3 at Huawei’s full-scenario new product launch. Huawei executive director, BU CEO Yu Chengdong says as of July this year, Huawei devices powered by HarmonyOS 2 are now exceeded 300 million units.
The Huawei HMS ecosystem is growing together with its 5.4 million global developers, as of July 27, 2022. AppGallery has established itself as one of the world’s top 3 app markets, with over 203000 Apps integrated.
Yu Chengdong said that HarmonyOS is the operating system with the fastest development in history and the most upgraded models. As of now, the number of Huawei devices equipped with HarmonyOS 2 has exceeded 300 million, and the shipments of HarmonyOS Connect products have exceeded 170 million.
At the end of April this year, Yu Chengdong announced that there are 240 million Huawei devices equipped with HarmonyOS, 730 million global monthly active users of Huawei terminals, 150 million ecological equipment shipments, and 2000+ ecological partners.
In other words, after 3 months, the number of Huawei devices equipped with HarmonyOS has increased by about 60 million units.
Huawei during the HarmonyOS 3 also launched several new products powered by the latest operating system HarmonyOS 3.
