Honor 20S gets July 2021 patch update

Honor has started pushing out the July 2021 security patch update for the Honor 20S smartphone users in China. The latest update rolling out with software version 10.1.0.119. As usual, this update is rolling out in batches, and users are advised to keep patience, you will get it soon. The latest update is based on Magic UI 3.1, check the changelog below.

This security update includes the CVE announced in the July 2021 Android security bulletin. It includes 28 Medium and 21 High levels of CVE’s.

Via Support: Open app -> Services Tab -> Update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES -> Download and install.

Via Settings: Open System Settings -> System -> Software update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES -> Download and install.
