Huawei announces the core details of Qiankun xHUD-AR

Huawei has now introduced its core features of the Smart Car Solutions Qiankun xHUD-AR composition engine. It supports multi-dimensional coordinate conversion, virtual and real space fusion algorithms; virtual image and real scene fitting, real-time rendering, target fitting and anti-dithering algorithm .

Huawei’s Qiankun xHUD-AR composition engine has three major features.

AR navigation is “accurate”

Huawei’s Qiankun xHUD-AR composition engine supports high-precision lane-level AR navigation. No matter how the car head swings, AR navigation always points to the target direction in the physical world .

“Follow steadily” on bumpy roads

The engine is equipped with an anti-shake algorithm and supports filtering more than 95% of the AR icon offset caused by road bumps.

Target fit “quick follow-up”

Huawei’s Qiankun xHUD-AR composition engine has a built-in target trajectory prediction algorithm, which supports prediction in advance and real-time adjustment of the position of AR icons to fit them.

Huawei’s Qiankun xHUD-AR framing engine also supports night driving reminders, blind spot incoming vehicle warnings, and “ghost probe” warning functions , which have improved safety.
