Huawei CloudFabric 3.0 hyper-converged data center network helps Yunnan Mobile build a cloud in the province

During the 2021 MWC Shanghai, China Mobile Communications Group Yunnan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yunnan Mobile”) and Huawei jointly announced that deploying Huawei CloudFabric 3.0 hyper-converged data center network solution Successfully completed and the smooth upgrade from multiple scattered traditional data centers is worked on cloud data centers.

With the rapid development of business, the traffic and scale of Yunnan Mobile Data Center have increased dramatically, which has brought greater pressure on operation and maintenance. In order to match the pace of digital transformation and business innovation, Yunnan Mobile has clarified the architectural goal of “one cloud in the province”.

Through the cloud upgrade of the data center network, it can achieve elastic expansion and contraction of resources, smooth evolution of large bandwidth, and intelligent and efficient operation.

Huawei provides the CloudFabric 3.0 hyper-converged data center network solution with the intelligent network management, control system iMaster NCE and CloudEngine data center switches as the core components, which builds the intelligent management capabilities of multi-data center networks for Yunnan Mobile and supports the three core businesses of operators in the three domains.

Unified management of multiple data centers: A set of iMaster NCE network management system manages multiple data centers across the province, supports smooth business migration and flexible expansion and contraction across 100 kilometers, and breaks space and geographical restrictions.

High-performance 100GE interconnection: Build 100GE lossless high-speed interconnection based on CloudEngine data center switches to meet the requirements of big data business traffic such as business analysis and smooth business evolution in the next 5 years.
