According to the images that appeared on Weibo, Huawei’s next desktop will be equipped with its own Kunpeng 920 3211K, with a 24-core instead of AMD R5 Pro 4400G processor. The desktop is said to have a frequency of up to 2.6GHz.
To recall, Huawei Kunpeng 920 processor was launched at CES 2019. Kunpeng 920 is manufactured on a 7nm process and based on the ARMv8 architecture. It has up to 64 2.6GHz cores and supports 8-channel DDR4, PCIe 4.0 and CCIX interconnect chips.
According to recent information, Huawei is using 8-core and 24-core Kunpeng 920 processors in domestic PCs. Stay tuned for more information.
