Huawei Enjoy 20 SE and Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro 5G getting September 2021 security patch update

Huawei has released the September 2021 security patch update for the Huawei Enjoy 20 SE and Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro 5G smartphone users in mainland China. The latest update for Enjoy 20 SE and Enjoy 20 Pro 5G is now available with the build number 10.1.1.163 and HarmonyOS 2.0.0.205 (beta) respectively.

September 2021 EMUI Patch Information: 

This security update includes the CVE announced in the September 2021 Android security bulletin. It includes 2 Critical, and 18 High levels of CVE’s.

How to update?

There are two ways to update your device/smartphone, Via Settings option, or via Support app.

Via Settings: Just tap on Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates and Download it!

Huawei Enjoy 20 SE sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with 1,080 X 2,400 pixels resolution and a punch-hole cutout. It is powered by the Kirin 710A with Mali-G51 MP4 GPU, up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB. The phone runs on Android 10-based EMUI 10.1. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C port, and GPS.

As for the cameras, the Huawei Enjoy 20 SE has a triple-camera setup at the back with a 13MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. It supports up to 6x zoom along with monochrome temperature LED flash. There is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. A 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support fuels the phone.
