Huawei reportedly started the recruitment of a new batch of talented young people from around the world.

The requirements are as follows: no limitations on schools, majors, or academic qualifications. Special achievements in fields such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, and artificial intelligence are highly regarded. This includes significant scientific research results, published papers, patents, or awards in top international competitions. Candidates should aspire to become leaders in industry technology.

Huawei said it will provide “genius young people” with world-class challenging topics, top mentors, and global platforms and resources.

According to an email previously released by Huawei, the salaries of “genius teenagers” are paid according to an annual salary system, with three levels: 896,000-1,008,000 yuan, 1,405,000-1,565,000 yuan, and 1.82 million-2,010,000 yuan.
