Huawei launched a new MatePad Air tablet

On August 6th, Huawei launched a new tablet – MatePad Air. As per the specifications, this new tablet weighs 555 grams and is 5.9 mm thick. This tablet comes in four color options – grass green, cherry pink, feather sand white, and smoky gray. It is said to be specially designed for summer. It uses a fantasy pearlescent process, and the body can present different colors under different light.

The device is equipped with a 12-inch 3:2 ratio 1000 nits brightness 2.8K resolution “Cloud Clear Soft Light Screen”, which is claimed to eliminate 99% of ambient light interference, and is equipped with a 10100 mAh battery.

In terms of battery life, the Huawei MatePad Air is equipped with a 10100mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging.

In terms of eye protection, the screen combines anti-glare nano-etching technology with nano-magnetic coating technology to achieve soft light eye protection, anti-glare and other display effects. At the same time, it can also eliminate 99% of the ambient interference light on the surface of the tablet, making the viewing experience more comfortable.

The new Huawei MatePad Air also supports the HUAWEI M-Pencil (third generation) stylus with Star Flash technology and the new ultra-thin Star Flash keyboard. The Star Flash keyboard adopts a light and thin integrated design, weighing 308g, and the tablet weighs only more than 800g.

In addition, the new Huawei MatePad Air has a number of upgrades in the support and application of Xiaoyi AI large models. Xiaoyi Document Assistant, Xiaoyi Information Assistant, Xiaoyi Help Writing, Xiaoyi Smart Image Search, etc. can assist users in completing input scenarios such as meeting minutes and news information collation, and output scenarios such as social copywriting, daily and weekly reports.
