Huawei Maimang 9 and Honor Play 4 getting a new smart message setting update

Huawei has done a tremendous job of releasing security updates for its devices over the last couple of months. Now, the Chinese tech giant has started rolling out a new smart message setting update for the Huawei Maimang 9 and Honor Play 4 smartphone users.

The latest update for the Huawei Maimang 9 and Honor Play 4 comes with the firmware versions EMUI 10.1.1.205 and Magic UI 3.1.1.205 respectively. This update adds a new smart message setting item. After it is turned on, it can intelligently identify the content of the text message and provide you with more convenient services.

How to update?

Go to Settings ->  ‘System & updates’ ->  ‘Software update’ -> ‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

You can also update via Support app. Go to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates. (Get the latest version of the app.)
