Huawei Mate XT 2 Tri-Fold Phone Colors Tipped Ahead of Launch

According to known tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, Huawei is getting ready to release the Mate XT 2 in multiple color options. To recall, the original Huawei Mate XT was announced in two color variants, namely Ruihong (Red) and Dark Black. But the next gen model may debut in four variants, which includes Mystic Black, Auspicious Red, Crimson Purple, and Bright White.

Huawei’s first tri-fold phone carried an exorbitant price tag but was still received well in China, with a global release following a while later. Just recently, the Mate XT 2 was certified with support for both 5G networking and satellite communication, carrying the GRL-AL20 model number.

It is also expected to get the more durable UFG glass for its tall foldable screen. Based on what we know so far, this model could be equipped with the Kirin 9020 SoC that also powers the Huawei Pura 80 lineup.
