Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4 received HarmonyOS update

Huawei phones and tablet users are updated with the HarmonyOS update. After it has already reached a number of smartphones, it is now also arriving at the MediaPad M6 8.4. The download size is quite large at 1.94 GB.

If you don’t see the update on HarmonyOS yet and don’t want to wait, you can also try to initiate it. To do this, you have to use the “My Huawei” / “Support” app. Then you would have to change the region of the app to China. At the bottom left on the little house logo and then on the “update” icon – white or black arrow on a red background (depending on whether light or dark mode is used) and then press the blue button.

• This update will not delete your personal data, but we recommend that you back up any important data before updating.

• This system version can be reset to the official version of EMUI 11 using HiSuite. Resetting the system version will delete your personal data. Please back up your data in advance.
