Huawei P10 Series receiving Screen Share, Smart Charge and May 2020 security update

Huawei P10 Series (P10 and P10 Plus) receiving Screen Sharing for video calls, Smart charging mode for battery, and the May 2020 security patch update. It comes with a software version number 9.1.0.228. The update size is huge around 3.44GB, make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection. Check the changelog below.

Screen Sharing:

Enables you to share your current screen for easier communication during video calls. You can also write and draw on the screen as if talking to face to face with the other party.

Smart Charging:

Reserves battery health by adapting to your charging routine. Charging may be paused to delay charging your device to 100% (Full) until you need it. Huawei Smart Charge Mode Protects the battery from aging during overnight charging.

Activate Smart Charge: Go to Settings > Battery > More battery settings > Smart Charge.

Security:

Integrates Android security patches released in May 2020 for improved system security.

Currently rolling out in China.
