Huawei P30 Lite getting May 2021 security patch update

Huawei P30 Lite smartphone users are grabbing new software update with the latest version EMUI 10.0.0.470 (C636E9R4P4) and brings an update package size of 123MB.

Huawei P30 Lite owners have now received the May 2021 security patch update. It shows the changelog only contains security improvements and doesn’t include the new features.

May 2021 security patch details: This security update fixes different levels of exploits and issues including 3 critical, 10 high, and 4 medium levels of CVE for improved system security.

How to update?

Via Settings: Settings -> System & updates -> Software update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES-> Download and install.

Via Support: Support (HiCare) app -> Services Tab -> Update -> CHECK FOR UPDATES ->Download and install.

Huawei P30 Lite smartphone is powered by Octa core (2.2 GHz, Quad core, Cortex A73 + 1.7 GHz, Quad core, Cortex A53) processor and it runs on the HiSilicon Kirin 710 Chipset. For memory the device has a 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

As far as the camera concern, users will get a 32 MP f/2.0 Primary Camera and at the rear, there’s an 24MP + 8MP + 2MP camera with features like 2 x Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, Touch to focus. It is backed by a 3340 mAh battery.
