Huawei P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro Plus getting April 2021 security patch in Europe

Huawei’s HarmonyOS 2.0 is ready to install on 18 devices including the Huawei P40 series smartphones. During the official launch of the company’s HarmonyOS the Huawei P40 lineup devices were the first to participate in developer beta testing.

Along with the new OS, the company is also focusing on security patch updates. Huawei is expanding the April 2021 security (this security update fixes different levels of exploits and issues including 17 high and 69 medium levels of CVEs for improved system security) improvements for Huawei P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro+ users in Europe. It fixes several new bugs and vulnerabilities found in the latest software build and provides better system security.

0On the other hand, the Huawei P40 Pro+ device getting EMUI 11.0.0.186 (C432E3R3P3) with an update size of 304MB in Europe.

Download from your system settings option: Tap on Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates and Download it!
