Huawei Pangu-Weather Model is now available on the ECMWF

Huawei has officially announced that its Cloud’s Pangu-Weather Model, an AI model for global weather forecasting, is arrived on the website of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).

On this website, global weather forecasters, meteorologists, weather enthusiasts, as well as the general public can now view Pangu-Weather’s 10-day global weather forecasts for free.

Recently, ECMWF also publishes a technical report titled The rise of data-driven weather forecasting which tested Pangu-Weather.
