Huawei Pay
According to the official information, Huawei and Bluecode are now officially launching contactless payment in Germany for HUAWEI Pay. HUAWEI has now confirmed its cooperation with the Swiss mobile payment provider Blue code, as well as the option of contactless payments in Germany, albeit somewhat limited.
You can pay with Bluecode in Germany, for example, at Rossmann, Globus, Konsum Dresden, in the SAP Arena in Mannheim or in the FC Köln stadium and, according to HUAWEI.
Smaller dealers (or private individuals) with HUAWEI devices can now accept payments with Bluecode, similar to PayPal. The “Bluescan” app required for this is available as a free download from the HUAWEI AppGallery .
“Bluescan enables smaller retailers to enter the world of mobile payment easily and simply. By integrating Bluecode in the HUAWEI wallet retailers also benefit from increased visibility for users. Together with HUAWEI and the licensed payment service provider Payone and First Cash Solution, the two providers manage to support domestic retail with attractive conditions and added value – “Europeans benefit from this Banks, retailers and end customers alike, ”says Christian Pirkner, CEO of Blue Code International AG.
