In addition, Hunan Shijing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Qianhai Pepsi Car Rong (Shenzhen) Information Service Co., Ltd. had previously rushed to register the Huawei automobile trademarks that were rejected.
To recall, Huawei applied for the registration of the “MATEDRIVE” and “MATEAUTO” trademarks in January this year. In February of this year, Huawei responded to car manufacturing rumors: Huawei does not build cars and the company is focusing on ICT technology.
