Huawei replied on CIA-controlled Crypto AG report

The CIA controls Crypto AG company and used to monitor global communications equipment, the media revealed that Huawei has not announced any cooperation with Crypto AG and other companies under CIA control. (Security Notice – Statement on Media Reports Concerning Eavesdropping by CIA-controlled Crypto AG)

Huawei officially replied and said, Following reports by The Guardian and Washington Post about the eavesdropping carried out by CIA-controlled Crypto AG on global communications equipment.

Huawei PSIRT has conducted a thorough investigation of all partnerships with suppliers and can confirm that Huawei has no business dealings with Crypto AG, CyOne Security AG, or Crypto International.
