Huawei sets up a special car project group to sell cars

Huawei has recently made structural adjustments to the Global Ecological Development Department and has appointed President of European Consumer Business Jian Rengui as President of Huawei’s Global Ecological Development Department, and former President Wang Yanmin will be responsible for the newly established ecological special project optimization team.

In 2020, Huawei established a brand-new secondary department responsible for HMS ecological construction, the Global Ecological Development Department, which belongs to Consumer BG.

It is reported that the newly established ecological special project optimization group is mainly aimed at the new automotive categories of Huawei Smart Selection.

At the Shanghai Auto Show this month, Huawei joined hands with the auto brand Cyrus to launch the new product category of Huawei’s smart selection ecosystem-Cyrus Huawei smart selection SF5. This is the first time that Huawei Smart Selection has added a new car category.

Huawei’s consumer business CEO Yu Chengdong said that the Cyrus SF5 model will enter Huawei’s stores and flagship stores and be sold under the brand of Huawei’s smart selection. In the future, more brands will be added to the auto categories of Huawei Smart Selection.
