Huawei VP confirms Huawei P40 Pro+ 5G

The Huawei P40 series is set to release after 8 hours, we have seen a bunch of leaks/rumors and even P40 series retail boxes in the past days. Bruce Lee, Vice President of Huawei Consumer Business Group Handset Division on Weibo shared a post using Huawei P40 series smartphone.

However, He used one of the P40 series smartphone called “Huawei P40 Pro+ 5G” while creating this post, We highlighted the box below, have a look. So it is clear now we will see Huawei P40 Pro+ 5G variant in today’s launch event.

Huawei P40 Pro+ 5G Specs:

• Kirin 990 5G
• 12 GB RAM
• 120 Hz screen
• Same size as Pro
• Dual telephoto cams w/ up to 10x optical zoom
• Faster charging, but ~same battery size as Pro
• Available in summer
