Huawei Watch 2 Wear OS 2.16 update coming soon

The Huawei Watch 2 is one of the best Android Wear watch. The Watch 2 currently has a version number Wear OS 2.13. According to the information, the new version Wear OS 2.16 is about to release soon. If you own this Huawei Watch 2 you can improve your system by updating to the latest version.

Generally fixing bugs and making your Android Wear 2.X system smoother, downloading the latest version required memory space. You can see the notification icon in your Apps home screen after scanning new updates. By getting the latest version on your watch, your upgraded version will automatically run and cover new features to stabilize your Application.

How to update Huawei Watch 2?

Method 1:

You can check what software your watch is running by heading to the Settings menu on your watch and pressing on System. In that menu, you’ll find a section called About, and it’ll give you a number under the Versions heading.

If that reads as Wear OS 2.13 software, you want to scroll down through the About menu to find the button that says System Updates.

Click on that, and you’ll find any updates that are ready and waiting will start coming through to your watch. You’ll have to be connected to Wi-Fi and have a Google account set up on the watch for this to work.

Method 2:

Connect the watch to your phone using the Huawei Health app, open the app, touch Devices, touch the device name, choose Firmware update, then follow the onscreen instructions to update your watch if there are any new updates.

For Android users: Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices, touch the device name, then enable Auto-download update packages over Wi-Fi. If there are any new updates, the watch will display update reminders. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your watch.

For iOS users: Open the Huawei Health app, touch the profile picture in the upper-left corner on the home screen, touch Settings, then enable Auto-download update packages over Wi-Fi. If there are any new updates, the watch will display update reminders. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your watch.
