Huawei won 400,000 yuan in compensation for cracking down on counterfeit headphones

Huawei Technologies and Zhang Moumou disclosed the first-instance documents of the trademark infringement dispute.

The plaintiff, Huawei, claimed that Zhang Moumou sold headphones in the online store he operated, and the word “Huawei” was used in many places such as the titles, pictures, and details of the two product links, but the actual sales were not “Huawei”.

According to the evidence submitted, the court determined that the actual sales volume of the two products totaled about 330,000 pieces, and the total sales amount was about 4.06 million yuan.
