Latest Update Now Available for Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 11i

Huawei has now started rolling out the July 2024 security software update for the Nova 9. According to the update changelog, the Nova 9 users can now install the current patch update with the build number 13.0.0.315.

This update introduces EMUI 14.2, which offers an all-new intelligent ecosystem and a more efficient interaction experience while providing more room for customization. Here are some of the many exciting features that are now available.

Create your own home screen.
Magazine designs
The Poster theme features a magazine-like layout, mixing and matching colors and patterns. The Headline theme provides six fonts to customize the clock on the lock screen. Each of these themes allows you to extract colors from the background to create matching app icons.

Interactive designs
You can personalize the emoji design by adding one to six emojis.

Maximize productivity and efficiency
Live View
Keeps you updated on the status of important events by displaying timely notifications on the lock screen and more. You can also find a pinned notifications panel on the top left of the home screen. Tap this panel for more details.

SuperHub
Supports dragging and dropping content between apps and devices. You can long press the recognized texts and images, drag and drop them into SuperHub, where they can be temporarily stored or sent in batches.
