Huawei EMUI 11 was launched during the Huawei Developer Conference on September 9, 2020. Huawei has launched EMUI 11 alongside HarmonyOS 2.0, the new OS is said to be made available for smartphones at some point in 2021, and before that the HarmonyOS 2.0 mobile developer program is already rolling out.

To download this update manually, go to Settings then System & updates, then open Software update, from here select Check for updates.

Also, you can also request software updates through the Support app. To do this, open the Support app, go to the Service tab on the bottom bar, tap on the update, then select Check for updates and then download and install.
