Mate 50 Pro to get a new face recognition function, tempered glass leaked

Next month, Huawei will launch its new Mate 50 series which will be held on September 6. The key highlight to see is the new camera technology developed by the Chinese tech giant.

Ahead of the official debut, several leakers are already posted core specifications and images of what the new Mate 50 series will look like. Now one more leak shared by a popular Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station suggests that the new Huawei Mate 50 Pro will use a 1.5k resolution bangs curved screen, and the notch area is significantly larger than the previous generation, close to the size of the Mate 20 Pro.

The new flagship devices will launch with a 50-megapixel 1/1.5-inch main camera as standard. Among them, the screen size of the Mate 50 Pro is about 6.74 inches, and it adopts the new technology of variable aperture.
