WhatsApp will stop working on these Huawei devices

Facebook’s own WhatsApp has shared a list of devices that will no longer support WhatsApp messaging app starting November 1, 2021. As per the information phones running on Android 4.0.3 or lower, and Apple iPhones that are running on iOS 9 or older will stop working.

WhatsApp will stop working on these devices:

• Galaxy Ace 2

• Optimus F5
• Optimus L5
• Optimus L5 II
• Optimus L5 Dual
• Optimus L3 II
• Optimus L7
• Optimus L7 II Dual
• Optimus L7 II
• Optimus F6, Enact
• Optimus L4 II Dual

WhatsApp will stop working on these Huawei devices:

• Huawei Ascend G740
• Huawei Ascend Mate
• Huawei Ascend D Quad XL
• Huawei Ascend D1 Quad XL
• Huawei Ascend P1 S
• Huawei Ascend D2

The app will stop working on the above-mentioned devices from November 1.
