How to hard reset Huawei P20 Pro
Step 1: Press the power button and volume up button at same time until wake up screen
Step 2: Now release power key but press & hold the volume up button for few seconds
Here you can see reboot system now, wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition.
Step 3: Press volume down to move Wipe data/factory reset
Step 4: Press power button to select
This message view on your device screen: Confirm wipe for all user data?
Step 5: Press volume down button to move Wipe data/factory reset
Step 6: Press power button to select
You can verification screen in your device. If you are using Google account, you’ll need to sign in with your Google account after hard reset Huawei P20 Pro and P20 device.
Step 7: Press volume down button to move Wipe data/factory reset
Step 8: Press power button to select
Step 9: Wait until complete process
Step 10: Press volume up button to move Reboot system now
