Huawei Ark Compiler Open Source Project Version 1.0 released

According to the latest information, the 1.0 version of the Ark compiler open-source project OpenArkCompiler was officially released, including front-end, middle-end, back-end, etc. Maple 1.0 provides a C compiler, stable aarch64 static Code generator, and a whole host of optimizations.
