According to the information, the brand rating authority Chnbrand released the 2021 (seventh) China Customer Satisfaction Index SM (C-CSI) brand ranking and analysis report.
The list shows that Huawei reached the top for the first time, surpassing Apple to become the most satisfied notebook brand for consumers.
It is understood that Chnbrand has conducted a nationwide survey of consumers since 2015 to show the overall satisfaction of Chinese consumers with the products or services they have used or owned, which is a basic reference indicator for measuring and managing customer satisfaction.
From 2015 to 2020, Apple has been the most satisfied notebook brand by consumers. In 2016, Huawei entered the PC industry with its first notebook. Starting in 2017, Huawei first made the list, ranking 12th that year; ranking 6th in 2018; ranking 2nd in both 19 and 20, finally take the top spot this year.
