Huawei trademarks Lingxi Chip and Lingxi Processor

Huawei has recently applied for the registration of the trademark for the new HONOR X series – X1, X2, X3, X4, X7, X8, X9 names. Now,  according to the Enterprise App, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. has applied a trademark application for “Lingxi Chip” and “Lingxi Processor”. The international classification involves scientific instruments and the application is under testing.

The company has filed these trademarks under Class 9, which implies for face recognition equipment, scales, weight scales, smartphones, downloadable apps, computer operating system, LCD display, electric pen, image printer, computer stylus, wearable motion tracker, smartphone case, network communication equipment.

It is under the  International Classification 42, which is applicable to technical research; research and development of new products for others; scientific research; technical project research; telecommunications technology consulting; computer programming; computer software design; computer software update; computer hardware design and development consulting; Computer software maintenance; restore computer data; convert tangible data or files into electronic media; computer system design; create and maintain websites for others; data conversion of computer programs and data (non-tangible conversion); computer software consulting; webserver rental; internet etc.
