Huawei transferred multiple patents to Honor
Huawei has transferred a number of patents to Honor including power supply circuits; a memory card, identification method, and electronic equipment. One of the patents shows that this application provides a control method for a power supply circuit and a control circuit. The power supply circuit includes a voltage rise and fall adjustment circuit and a control circuit.
In November last year, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. gave more than 700 trademarks to Honor including Honor Pro-Choice, Honor, Honor Name, etc. The international classification of trademarks covers scientific instruments, furniture, clothing, shoes, and hats.
Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. was established on April 1, 2020, with a registered capital of RMB 31.54 billion, with Wan Biao serving as the chairman of the board. Honor Terminal Co., Ltd. is 100% controlled by Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co., Ltd.
In November 2020, Huawei Investment Holding Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to sell the assets of the Honor business as a whole. The purchaser is Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co., Ltd. As for the glory after the delivery, Huawei does not own any shares, nor does it participate in management and decision-making.
