Huawei Mate X the first foldable smartphone is now receiving the January 2021 security patch update with the latest software version 11.0.0.136.

This security update includes the CVE announced in the January 2020 Android security bulletin. It includes 4 Critical, 25 High levels, and 1 Medium level.

Huawei Mate X smartphone runs on Android v9.0 (Pie) operating system. The phone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 980 Chipset. It has 8 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage.

Huawei Mate X smartphone has a OLED display. It measures 161.3 mm x 78.3 mm x 5.4 mm and weighs 295 grams. The screen has a resolution of 1148 x 2480 pixels and 414 ppi pixel density. It has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and screen-to-body ratio of 84.48 %. On camera front, the buyers get a 40 MP f/1.8, Wide Angle Primary Camera 16 MP f/2.2, Wide Angle, Ultra-Wide Angle Camera 8 MP f/2.4 Telephoto Camera and on the rear, there’s an 40MP + 16MP + 8MP camera with features like Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, Touch to focus. It is backed by a 4500 mAh battery. Connectivity features in the smartphone include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Volte, NFC and more.
