October 2020 security update rolling out to Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4 and Turbo version

Huawei rolled out October 2020 security update to its many devices and now the MediaPad M6 series receiving the month-old security patch update based on EMUI 10.1. It brings the latest software version 10.1.0.181. Check the changelog below.

Huawei MediaPad M6 (8.4 inches) – VRD-W09 & VRD-AL09
Huawei MediaPad M6 Turbo energy version – VRD-W10 & VRD-AL10

Version Update:

• 10.1.0.170 → 10.1.0.181 update point (VRD-W09, VRD-W10)
• 10.1.0.171 → 10.1.0.181 update point (VRD-AL10) & 10.1.0.171 → 10.1.0.180 update point (VRD-AL09)

Changes:

• Integrated Android security patches released in October 2020 for improved system security
• Optimizes Application experience in the parallel vision.

This update is rolling out in China.
