Official: Huawei P40 Pro DxOMark review coming soon

DxOMark on Weibo announced that the Huawei P40 Pro scores coming soon. Last December, Huawei’s Mate 30 Pro 5G smartphone as expected became a titleholder with a total of 123 points.

The Huawei P40 Pro has a 50-megapixel (ultra vision wide) + 40-megapixel (ultra wide) + 12-megapixel (5x optical telephoto), 3D time-of-flight camera, color temperature sensor camera on the back(rear). The smartphone comes with 32-megapixel & depth sensor for selfies.

The Huawei P40 Pro is powered by Kirin 990 5G that makes smartphone performance much better. DxOMark has its hardware and software system that uses test protocols in coming up with reliable and usable results or ratings. It is compatible with both JPEG and RAW images and is good for both photos and videos.

Another characteristic that sets DxOMark apart from other image quality analyzers is its ability to calculate each image quality attribute and come up with a sub-score. This allows camera and lens owners to carefully examine their gear accordingly.
